This is a two-part presentation on stratification. The first presentation provides an introduction to stratification and includes stratification variables and size. The second part looks at notation, allocation criteria and schemes, stratification boundaries, and sampling. It was presented at a Caribbean Community (CARICOM) regional workshop under the Project for the Regional Advancement of Statistics in the Caribbean (PRASC), funded by the Government of Canada.
