This Manual has been prepared to support countries in their efforts to measure and monitor the developments towards becoming information societies. The Manual, which is based on the Partnership’s core list of indicators, has therefore been prepared as a practical tool to guide countries in their ICT data production. It can be used as basic reference material when preparing, designing and implementing ICT household surveys. The Manual also serves as the basis for our training course on ICT household statistics, which we offer to countries that would like to receive capacity building in this field.
