The Luxembourg Recommendations outline the principles and recommendations that will guide the global implementation and outreach programme for the SNA in the coming years. This multi-year global programme brings together (i) developing countries from Africa, Asia, Oceania, Latin America and the Caribbean, and (ii) development partners, with the aim to advance the national, regional and international statistical systems in compiling and reporting national accounts and related basic statistics on a sustainable basis.
