This is third edition of the ITU Manual for Measuring ICT Access and Use by Households and Individuals. The aim of this Manual is to support countries in their efforts to collect and disseminate information and communication technology (ICT) statistics, based on internationally-agreed definitions and standards. It is designed as a practical tool to guide countries in their ICT data production, serving as a basic reference when preparing, designing and implementing ICT household surveys. To assist our members and partners make best use of it, ITU is also developing complementary training material.
