Online Research Catalog

As a special feature of the eCISTAR Knowledge Base, we have created an online Research Catalog that provides content and resources on emerging cross-cutting areas of statistical research and data analytics that are relevant to the National Statistics System, and can also help to promote the use of statistics by widening the community of users. Target users could include professional statisticians, data scientists, university students and upper-level high school students.

The specific Topics represented in this catalog focus on the domains of :
– Non-traditional sources of Data Integration
– AI for Statistics
– Open Data
– Geospatial Statistics
– Data Quality and Bias Assessment
– Text and Sentiment Analysis

– Big Data Analytics for Official Statistics
– Blockchain for Data Integrity

For each of these topics, we have curated an initial set of knowledge resources relating to the topic. We invite members of the regional statistical community to not only engage with this published content, but to also contribute to the development of the online research knowledge base by identifying, selecting and submitting additional resources, which could be journal papers, related grey literature or your own working papers and/or Blogs. All submitted references will be reviewed by the eCISTAR team before being added to the research catalog.
